After the brilliant performance by the players of senior class in various sports
competitions held at the sports ground of Scottish International School Shamli,
their award ceremony was organized today.
After the completion of the sports anniversary, the award ceremony was organized
in the school, which was inaugurated by the honest, dutiful district officer of
Shamli district, Mrs. Jasjit Kaur, and the chairman of the organization,
Mr. Rajkumar Garg, director Mr. Rajeev. Garg ji and Shri Ritesh Garg ji by lighting
a lamp in front of Maa Saraswati.
The District Magistrate honored all the winning players with medals and certificates
and wished them a bright future and on this occasion she said in her address that
since ancient times sports competitions have been given importance in the education
policy , but in the new education policy of India, along with educational activities,
a provision has been made to promote sports activities more.
The chairman of the organization, Mr. Raj Kumar Garg, while blessing the winning
players, asked them to be ready to prove themselves at the national and international
level, sports are taken up to make a career. It has emerged as a powerful medium,
so sports can prove to be very helpful not only for physical fitness but also for
shaping the future.
